SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As soon as possible. 

Our warehouse processing time is 1 business day, which does not include weekends or holidays.

You can also email us with your order number at customerservice@pokeabowl.com and we can help.

WHERE DOES POKE A BOWL® SHIP?

We ship domestically within the US. Poke A Bowl does not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the US.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic standard shipping is free.

Domestic shipping takes an estimated 3-4 business days, depending on where you live.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen and the tracking shows the package has been delivered, we will contact the courier and try to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if no signature is required.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED BROKEN?

Send an email to customerservice@pokeabowl.com within the first three days of your delivery along with your order number, photos of the product and original packaging/packing materials and we’ll look into it ASAP.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of your item's delivery date.

Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please email us at customerservice@pokeabowl.com to start a return. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items "unless otherwise stated."

You will get a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Our return policy applies to purchases made online. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges will not be accepted on products marked Limited Edition or Final Sale.

If you've bought a Poke A Bowl® from a nearby retailer or dispensary, we kindly ask that you contact them directly.
