When will my ashtray order ship?
We process and ship all ashtray orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before noon are typically shipped out the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your ashtray is on its way.
Where does Poke A Bowl® ship its ashtrays?
Currently, we ship our high-quality ashtrays domestically within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
How much does shipping cost for ashtray orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all ashtray orders across the USA. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
What if my ashtray arrives damaged?
If your Poke A Bowl® ashtray arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@pokeabowl.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged ashtray and packaging, and we'll assist you with a replacement or refund promptly.
Returns
What is your return policy for ashtrays?
We want you to love your Poke A Bowl® ashtray. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Returned ashtrays must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at customerservice@pokeabowl.com. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Can I return Limited Edition or Final Sale ashtrays?
All sales of Limited Edition and Final Sale ashtrays are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I purchased my ashtray from a local retailer. Can I return it through you?
For ashtrays purchased from authorized retailers or dispensaries, please contact the place of purchase directly regarding returns or exchanges.

- Opening the Ashtray: For Dome models, gently squeeze the sides to open the lid effortlessly. For Box models, lift the lid smoothly for quick access.
- Cleaning Your Bowl or Pipe: Place your bowl or pipe over the built-in poker and move it up and down to remove ash and resin effectively.
- Maintenance Tips: Regularly empty and clean your ashtray to maintain hygiene and functionality. Use a damp cloth or lemon oil to clean the poker and interior surfaces.
- Safety Reminder: Always allow ashes to cool before disposal and keep the lid closed when not in use to contain odors and maintain a clean environment.
