Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of your item's delivery date.
Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please email us at customerservice@pokeabowl.com to start a return. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items "unless otherwise stated."
You will get a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
Our return policy applies to purchases made online. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges will not be accepted on products marked Limited Edition or Final Sale.
If you've bought a Poke A Bowl® from a nearby retailer or dispensary, we kindly ask that you contact them directly.
